Within a course of four (1hr) sessions with your athletes, and their parents, they will be provided science backed information on how to bridge the gap between ability and performance with proper nutrition. These lifelong skills will allow the athlete to learn how to properly select foods/beverages, proper hydration, nutrient timing, foods on the go, and debunking some nutritional myths.
