This one-hour live individualized session is an overview of the importance of proper nourishment and hydration for optimal performance at athletic events, pre/post practice snacks, tips for on-the-go foods and multiple game day refueling. The focus will be sport specific on the and nutritional needs for continued growth. (This class is for individuals that wish not to go through, or cannot use, their insurance plans for nutrition education.)
