Service Description

Your athlete is NOT alone, many times it becomes a struggle to gain or lose weight during the growing years. This one-hour a month session is scheduled over a 6-month period and covers the specific concerns of your athlete on gaining or losing weight in a healthy manner. During the sessions, progress will be documented, and open discussion will be had regarding any barriers he/she face during the previous month. The athlete/parents will be educated on proper nutrients, how to read a nutrition label, dining out, healthy snacks, hydration, portion control and mindful eating.
